Will Egan is the CEO of Ausmed, an Australian provider of continuous improvement solutions for healthcare. He grew up in the family business and joined full time in 2007. He has led the shift from print to integrated software and content now used more than 1.5 million times a year.

He previously founded a charity that introduced coding to more than 250,000 students and has advised many founders on sustainable growth. His focus is improving health outcomes for communities.

Will works to uphold Ausmed’s long standing reputation while driving new innovation. His goal is to support healthcare workers to deliver strong care every day.
