Tracey Burton              

Chief Executive – Uniting NSW. ACT.

Tracey leads Uniting NSW.ACT as Chief Executive and brings more than 30 years in health and community services leadership. She joined Uniting in 2018 and has held senior roles across public and private hospitals and Catholic health care in NSW, Queensland and Victoria, including Executive Director Eastern Hospitals at St John of God Health Care and CEO of St George Private Hospital. Tracey is known for building high-performance teams and driving growth, service improvement and safety across complex organisations.

At Uniting she steers the organisation’s large aged care, retirement living and support-at-home services, serving tens of thousands across NSW and the ACT. Tracey’s leadership focuses on meeting community needs and confronting disadvantage. She also serves on industry boards and contributes to initiatives that shape quality care and sector sustainability.
