Peter Williams

CEO, OneCare

Peter leads OneCare, a major Tasmanian not-for-profit aged care provider offering residential care, home care and independent living. He is a registered nurse with over 30 years in health and aged care. Peter has senior clinical and operational leadership experience from national and state contexts.

He won the 2024 national ACCPA Leadership Award for his sector impact. He holds multiple postgraduate qualifications and was a Churchill Fellow, studying international aged care models to inform reform in Tasmania. He has published journal articles, spoken at major conferences and advised on aged care governance and risk management.
