Jennene Buckley is the Founding Partner of Enkindle Consulting. She is an experienced CEO and Board Director with a long track record in health and aged care. She brings strong capability in business planning, strategy, innovation, aged care and digital transformation. She has studied at Griffith University, Stanford University, Harvard and London Business School.

She led Feros Care as CEO and Executive Director for two decades. She grew the organisation from a small regional provider supporting 95 clients to a national operation serving more than 60,000 people. She delivered award winning work in service innovation, organisational culture and digital transformation. She focuses on building environments where older Australians thrive and staff deliver their best work.

Jennene now works across the sector to support providers, government and peak bodies. She helps organisations reposition, renew and improve the way aged care is delivered. Her aim is to help create an aged care system that older Australians value and the community trusts.

Through Enkindle Consulting, she provides strategic planning and advisory, transformation and innovation support, stakeholder engagement, change management, operational reviews and market entry planning.
