CEO, St. Vincent’s Health Australia

Chris leads St Vincent’s Health Australia, the nation’s largest not-for-profit health and aged care provider with hospitals, aged care services and virtual care operations across multiple states. He brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across healthcare, financial services and public sector transformation. Chris’ earlier career includes senior roles at National Australia Bank, PwC and leading a major cultural transformation at Australia Post.

He holds governance roles in the research sector, including on the Board of the Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health and as a member of the Australian Epilepsy Project advisory committee. His leadership emphasises innovation in care delivery and system redesign.

Under his tenure, St Vincent’s has committed to shifting half of its care delivery into people’s homes and virtual platforms by 2030, expanding virtual hospital services and developing new models of home-first care to improve outcomes and system sustainability.
