Chona Navarro is Head of Capital Works at Uniting NSW.ACT, where she leads major property investment and development across retirement living and residential care. Her work spans almost $2 billion in new development and refurbishment projects, strengthening Uniting’s portfolio of more than 70 retirement villages and aged care homes. This role requires balancing strategic investment, operational readiness and the evolving expectations of residents, regulators and industry partners. Uniting NSW.ACT is one of the largest providers of aged care and retirement living services in New South Wales and the ACT, guiding significant growth and asset renewal to support older Australians.
