Andrew leads HammondCare, a national not-for-profit with deep expertise in dementia support, retirement living, residential care and Support at Home services. He joined the organisation in 2024 after more than 30 years in banking and impact investing, including CEO roles at major financial institutions.

His focus is on strengthening care models for people with complex needs, particularly in dementia and palliative care, and on integrating innovation across service lines to improve quality and outcomes.

Andrew’s leadership combines business strategy with a mission-driven approach rooted in HammondCare’s long history of community service. He emphasises people-centred care, workforce capability and responsive organisational development.
