Lynda leads Care Connect, one of Australia’s largest community-based Support at Home providers, delivering a wide range of services to older Australians and people with disability. She brings more than 30 years of experience across health, community and home care, aged care and disability sectors. Lynda’s leadership focuses on person-centred care, service quality and operational excellence across diverse community settings.

Her career spans frontline care, operational leadership and executive roles where she has driven improvements in care integration, workforce capability and client experience. At Care Connect, Lynda champions responsive care models that support people to live well at home and in their communities, especially during times of change and reform.

Lynda actively engages with sector bodies, policy forums and community partners to shape the future of home care delivery in Australia. She is known for her practical approach to strategic challenges and her commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement in community services.
